John Dudash

John Dudash is a Managing Director at MTA Advisory Partners, where he advises business owners through strategic transactions and ownership transitions. 

John brings decades of leadership experience as a CEO and senior executive across private equity-backed and middle-market companies. His career began in sales with YKK and later Sanford Corporation, where he spent fourteen years in leadership roles that included international assignments and the management of global business divisions.

He later served as CEO of several companies including Atlantic Luggage, Illume Candles, Emess Design Group, Mity Inc., and Raffel Systems. Throughout his career, John has led numerous acquisitions and divestitures, managing negotiations, diligence, and integration across multiple industries.



John holds an MBA from Anglia University in Cambridge, England and has completed training through the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances.
