Jason Smith

Jason Smith is a Managing Director at MTA Advisory Partners, where he advises business owners through strategic transactions and ownership transitions.

Jason advises business owners through acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic growth initiatives, drawing on a background that combines corporate M&A leadership with hands-on operational experience.

Prior to joining MTA, Jason served as President of Corporate Development & Finance for a multi-unit car wash platform, where he led acquisitions, divestitures, and operational integration initiatives. He also founded M.M. Smith & Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on commercial and multifamily assets.



Jason holds an MBA in Finance & Analytics from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
