Matt Goss

Matt Goss is a Vice President at MTA Advisory Partners, where he leads the firm’s deal execution efforts and oversees the day-to-day management of transactions from initial analysis through closing. 

His work includes financial modeling, due diligence coordination, preparation of marketing materials, and collaboration with buyers, attorneys, and other advisors to keep transactions moving efficiently. Matt’s focus on organization and communication helps ensure that each deal progresses smoothly and that clients remain informed throughout the process.

Prior to joining MTA, Matt served as a Consulting Manager at Louis Plung & Company, advising clients in the professional services, private equity, and investment fund sectors. His work included transaction advisory, business valuation, forensic analysis, and tax restructuring, providing him with a strong foundation in evaluating risk and identifying value drivers. 



Earlier in his career, Matt worked at Deloitte serving clients in manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries.

A Pittsburgh native, Matt is a passionate Pittsburgh sports fan. Outside of work he enjoys staying active outside of work through golf, rock climbing, and hockey.
